Prakritii Foundation (also known as AV Prakritii Foundation) is a youth-led non-governmental organisation (NGO) based in India, founded in 2020. The foundation works on environmental conservation, community development, and disaster relief across multiple Indian states including Karnataka, Assam, Delhi, and Uttar Pradesh.
As of 2024, Prakritii Foundation has impacted over 5,000 lives, planted more than 10,000 trees, conducted 50+ field drives, and has been active for over 6 years. Key programs include plantation drives conducted in partnership with the Forest Department of Karnataka, flood relief operations in Assam, health camps providing free medical checkups, school awareness programs in Muzaffarnagar (UP), organic waste management, plastic waste management, recycled desk initiatives (upcycling waste into school furniture), and rural women empowerment through sustainable livelihoods.
The foundation's mission is to restore ecological balance and empower communities through impactful environmental initiatives. Its vision is a world where every community lives in harmony with its natural environment — with thriving forests, clean rivers, and access to clean air and water.
Prakritii Foundation aligns its work with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It accepts donations via Razorpay and offers CSR partnership programs for companies seeking high-impact environmental and community programs.
